摘 要:对胜利油田陈庄稠油污水回用于热采锅炉进行了现场中试研究,确定了工艺流程和设计参数,并对除油、除SS、脱盐等工艺进行了分析讨论。结果表明,采用以生物除油为基础,结合沉淀、絮凝、过滤、超滤、反渗透脱盐的技术路线对稠油污水进行处理,处理后出水水质达到热采锅炉给水水质标准的要求。将该项技术应用于油田污水资源化利用,可取得明显的经济效益和环境效益。A pilot-scale study on reusing heavy oil sewage from Chenzhuang of Shengli Oilfield in thermal recovery boiler was carried out, the flow and the design parameters of the process were determined with the techniques of oil, SS and salt removal analyzed and discussed at the same time. The results showed that, on the basis of biological oil-removing technique, a combined process of sedimentation, flocculation, filtration, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis desalination was finally determined and used to treat heavy oil sewage, and the effluent water quality after the treatment could meet the steam boiler feed water standard. Thus it could draw a conclusion that, the application of the said technology for the resource utilization of the sewage in oilfield would achieve obvious economic and environmental benefits.
