摘 要:中国中材国际工程股份有限公司承接的某总包工程的原料粉磨及废气处理、烧成窑尾、熟料储存及输送等子项目基础处理均采用了钻孔灌注桩加桩端压力注浆桩方案。详细对比计算了普通钻孔灌注桩和桩端压力注浆桩桩基方案的单桩竖向承载力,后者比前者要高30%。另试桩结果表明在保证同样承载力的情况下,桩端压力注浆桩方案的桩端压力注浆桩数量可比普通钻孔灌注桩的少,从而能减少混凝土数量,降低工程成本。Scheme of cast-in place pile+post-grouted pile was adopted in all bases of raw material grinding system,preheater system, firing kiln head,clinker storage and transportation of a general project undertook by Sinoma International Engineering Co.,Ltd.(Nanjing). The vertical bearing capacity of a single pile of common cast-in place pile and post-grouted pile was compared,the results showed the value of the latter was higher than that of the former. And the pile testing results showed that given the same bearing capacity,the number of post-grouted pile was smaller than that of cast-in place pile which could decrease concrete consumption and lower project cost.
