摘　　要：农业科技资源的特殊性决定了其产权界定的复杂性,而按照一定的标准对产权进行分解有利于合理界定农业科技资源产权,以便提升农业科技资源的配置效率。根据农业科技资源的要素构成,对农业科技资源产权进行了界定和分解,提出了构建相对完整的产权、建立产权补偿机制、进行产权的适度保护等优化农业科技资源产权的措施。The particularity of agricultural science and technology resources decides the complexity Of the definition of property. Therefore, it is important to decompose agricultural science and technology resources property rights in order to improve its allocation efficiency. According to the elements of the agricultural science and technology resources, this paper defined and decomposed agricultural science and technology resources property rights, put forward optimization measures of agricultural science and technology resources property rights, built up relatively complete property rights and compensation mechanism and proposed to carry out appropriate protection on agricultural science and technology re-sources property rights.
