摘　　要：金融集聚使集聚区内部的金融产业和相关产业联系更加紧密,同时通过特殊的传导机制对周边产业结构产生一定的影响。本文利用2003-2007年省际面板数据,借助空间滞后模型和空间误差模型证明了金融集聚对区域产业结构升级的空间溢出效应。研究发现,银行业集聚发展对产业结构的升级贡献度明显大于证券、保险业且逐年递增;保险业发展对产业结构升级存在"有益"的阻碍作用。Financial agglomeration makes the financial industry and related industries inside the gather- ing area more closely and has an influence on the surrounding industrial structure through special transmission mechanism. This paper uses the provincial panel data from the year of 2003 -2007 by Spatial lag model and tion to the upgrading of the industrial structure is significantly larger than the one of securities and insurance sectors and increases year by year. At the same time, we find out that the development of the insurance sector hinders industrial structure upgrading with beneficial effect.
