龙头企业与农户合作的契约选择及决策权配置研究——来自山东省苹果行业的实证

摘　　要：利用山东省52家果品经销企业调查数据,实证分析龙头企业与农户合作的契约选择与决策权配置问题。研究表明:资产专用性越强或货源质量要求越高的龙头企业越倾向于选择生产契约,并且对农业经营决策权的控制程度也越高;龙头企业的成立时间、资产规模和主营业务所占比重对农业经营决策权配置具有显著影响,但对契约选择的影响不显著。This paper analyzes the contract selection and decision right allocation between agricultural enterprise and their cooperative farmers using 52 fruit distribution companies＇ survey date from Shandong province. The results show that, the higher asset specificity or the stronger quality requirements, the higher possibility to choose production contract, and the higher degree control over decision rights of agricultural operations; in addition, agricultural enterprises＇ established time, asset size andtbe main business＇ s proportion have a significant effect on decision right allocation, but not significant for con- tract selection.
