游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣在手部软组织缺损中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣在手部软组织缺损中的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年7月～2011年7月在本院进行治疗的60例手部软组织缺损患者为研究对象,将所有患者根据不同的手术方式分为对照组(游离胸脐皮瓣组)30例和观察组(游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣组)30例,将两组患者的治疗后的手部功能、感觉及治疗后1、3、10d的微循环指标进行检测及比较。结果:观察组治疗后的手功能优良率及感觉功能S3～S4比例均高于对照组,而治疗后1、3、10d的微循环指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣在手背软组织缺损中的临床疗效较佳,可更为快速且有效地改善微循环。Objective： To study the clinical ettect ot tree peroneal artery perforator flap on hand soft tissue defect. Methods：Sixty patients with hand soft tissue defect in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2011 were selected as research object. They were divided into control group（free thoracic umbilical flap group）and observation group（free peroneal artery perforator flap group）by half according to operation method,then the hand function,sensory function and circulation indexes hefore and after the treatment at first, third and tenth day of two groups were detected and compared. Results. The excellent and good rate of hand function and rate of sensory function S3 to S4 of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,circulation indexes after the treatment at first,third and tenth day were all hetter than those of control group （all P〈0.05）. Ooncl0sions： The clinical effect of free peroneal artery perforator flap on hand soft tissue defect is satisfactory,and it can more quickly and effectively improve the microcir-culation of patients.
