摘 要:土地整治的重要影响因素是水资源,作为粮食生产支撑的水资源供需平衡分析是工程建设的重要环节和技术保障。经过需水量和供水量的计算,白山市整体推进农村土地整治示范建设重大工程项目区多年平均水资源可利用量为899.01万m3/年。预测2015年需水量为555.24万m3,其中生活需水量416.52万m3;农业灌溉需水量为138.72万m3。研究结果表明:供水量大于需水量,全区水资源略有盈余,各项目区在设计供水工程条件下,基本可以达到供需平衡。Amount of water resources is an important factor of influence on land consolidation, while the analysis on the balance of supply and demand of water resources, as the support of grain production, is just the key link and technical guarantee for the engineering construction concerned. Through the calculation on both water demand and water supply, the available amount of the annual average water resources for integratedly promoting the rural land consolidation in Baishan is to be 8.990 1 million m3/ year. It is predicted that the water demand in 2015 is to be 5. 552 4 million m3 , in which 4. 165 2 million m3 is for the domestic water demand and 1. 387 2 million m3 is for the agricultural irrigation. The study result shows that the water supply is to be larger than the water demand with slight surplus of water resources in the whole region and the balance of supply and demand for all the project areas can be basically achieved under the condition of the design of water supply projects therein.
