摘 要:介绍了剡源水库除险加固过程中,在高水头、涵管埋深大、轴线弯曲、含钢衬、无进人条件等难题下,自坝顶施工平台对坝基浆砌石输水底涵进行成功封堵的方案设计及技术经验。结合本工程设计及施工阶段的封堵方案技术论证及方案变更情况,阐述坝下埋管封堵常用的坝顶灌浆、混凝土封堵、粘土套井封堵、倒挂井封堵以及混凝土防渗墙封堵等方案的技术特点、应用情况及其适用条件。The scheme design and technical experience of the successful sealing, facing with the problems such as high head, large embedded depth of culvert, bending axis, containing steel lining, no construction entrance, etc. , of the ma- sonry discharge culvert through dam foundation from the construction platform on the dam crest during the risk-elimination and strengthening of Shanyuan Reservoir are described herein. Based on the technical demonstration and scheme variation made on the sealing scheme during the design and construction phases of the project, the technical characteristics, applica- tion status and applicable conditions of the grouting from dam crest, concrete sealing, sealing with clay backfill jacket well, sealing with upside down hanging well, concrete cutoff, etc. conventionally adopted for sealing with embedded pipe under dam are expatiated as well.
