摘  要:以鲁星油桃和春雪桃为试材,采用果园覆膜处理研究其对果实品质和糖酸组分的影响。结果表明:覆膜处理鲁星的果实单果重、纵径、横径、侧径、可滴定酸和维生素C含量较对照均显著升高,可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量显著降低;覆膜处理对春雪果实的影响趋势与鲁星类似,但程度较小,各项指标均未达到显著水平。在鲁星和春雪果实中分别检测到4种糖组分:葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖和山梨醇;3种有机酸组分:苹果酸、柠檬酸和琥珀酸。2个品种糖酸组分均以蔗糖和苹果酸含量最高。苹果酸和柠檬酸含量较高是造成鲁星果实酸含量显著高于春雪果实的主要原因。覆膜鲁星和春雪果实蔗糖含量均显著低于对照,苹果酸含量均显著高于对照。The effects of film mulching on fruit alyzed with Luxing nectarine and Spring Snow peach quality, components of sugars and organic acids were an- as materials. The results showed that film mulching could significantly increase the single fruit weight, longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, side diameter, titrat- able acid and vitamin C contents of Luxing nectarine, but significantly decrease the contents of soluble solid and soluble sugar. The influence of film mulching on Spring Snow peach was similar to Luxing, but the level was not significant. Four soluble sugars and three organic acids in fruit flesh of Luxing and Spring Snow were detected as sucrose, glucose, fructose, sorbitol and malic acid, citric acid, succinic acid. In which, sucrose and malic acid were the dominant constituents. The higher malic and citric acid was the main factor caused the acid content of Luxing higher than Spring Snow significantly. Film mulching resulted in lower sucrose but high- er malic acid of Luxing and Spring Snow compared to the control.
