摘 要:石油钻杆裂纹型缺陷是石油钻杆服役中的主要缺陷类型.钻杆的适用性评价和安全使用需要进行裂纹型缺陷的探伤和评价.本文开发研究的超声波探伤方法、理论和装置是为了石油钻杆裂纹型缺陷的探伤和评价.经探伤评价表明,钻杆裂纹型缺陷高度的探伤评价方法误差小于1mm.同时,这种超声波探伤评价方法是一种在油田现场使用的有效钻杆裂纹型缺陷探伤方法和技术,可为油田钻杆裂纹型缺陷检测和适用性评价提供良好的技术支持.Crack type defect of oil drill rod is the main type of defects produced in the working petroleum drill rod. The check and evaluation of crack type defect is the demand of drill rod's applicability evaluation and the safe use of drill rod. This article introduces the ultrasonic check method,theory and the making up of installations for crack type defect of petroleum drill rods being developed to research. The test result shows that the evaluated error for the height of the crack type defect of drill rods by this checking method is less than 1 mm. Meanwhile, this ultrasonic checking method is an effective ultrasonic testing method and technique for crack type defect of drill "rods used in oil field site. The successful research made on this ultrasonic check and evaluation method technology provides good technological support for making an ultrasonic check method standard for crack type defect of drill rods at oil field.
