摘　　要：采用森林资源二类调查数据与处理的遥感影像、地形图叠加生成最新的林相图,以林相图为基础,采用目前流行的二次开发方式,以Visual Studio2008作为开发平台,采用C#语言,结合ArcGIS Engine二次开发组件,以Access作为系统后台数据库,集成开发帽儿山林场森林资源管理系统。在开发过程中提出基于定制方式的掩膜方法,该方法效率明显优于传统的掩膜方法。通过对森林资源管理系统的设计与实现,为林业基层部门提高工作效率、实现森林资源科学有效管理提供依据。Forest resources information is an important basis for the development of forestry.Good management is the core of forestry information management,the premise of sustainable forestry development,as well as the important basis of decision-making in forestry development.This study uses the forest resource survey data and processed remote sensing image and topographic map to produce the latest forest stock map.The Mao'er Mountain forest resources management system was then developed based on the latest forest stock map and the current popular means of software development,including Visual Studio 2008 as the development platform and C# as the development language,in combination with ArcGIS Engine components,and MS Access as system database.The system adopts a new method to complete the covering information,which is better than the basic method.The establishment and implementation of the forest resources system will help improve the work efficiency of forestry-based department and realize scientific and effective forest resources management.
