基于灰色关联度的我国建筑业发展动因分析

摘　　要：为了促进建筑业的健康发展,运用灰关联理论对近年来建筑业的发展现状及其动因进行分析和研究,定量地分析相关行业指标与建筑业发展的关联程度。结果显示建筑业的发展状况呈现上升趋势,并且房屋施工面积、建筑安装工程投资和从业人员总数三个因素对建筑业的发展影响最为突出。最后,在进行结果探讨的基础上指出建筑业发展存在的问题并提出建议。In order to promote the healthy development of China's construction industry,the grey relational theory is used to analyze the development status and motive of the industry in recent years.The correlation degree between related industry indexes and the development of China's construction industry is analyzed quantitatively.The results show that the development of China's construction industry is on the rise.The building construction area,installation investment,and the total number of employees have the most impacts on the development of construction industry in China.Finally,on the basis of the results discussions,several problems existed in China's construction industry are pointed out and recommendations are put forward.
