摘 要:利用田间试验对67份野生大豆材料进行草甘膦抗性筛选,结果在草甘膦有效剂量为1.23 kg.hm-2条件下,不同野生大豆对草甘膦抗性存在明显差异,其中ZYD0685和ZYD2405的存活率最高,分别为87%和83%;7份材料的存活率为2.7%~38%;58份材料死亡。以抗性材料ZYD0685和敏感材料ZYD0790进行生理指标研究,结果在未经草甘膦处理时,二者的叶绿素含量、莽草酸含量及谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GSTs)活性基本相同。在草甘膦不同剂量处理下,抗性材料ZYD0685叶绿素和莽草酸含量没有明显变化,GSTs活性明显增加;而敏感材料ZYD0790莽草酸含量明显升高,叶绿素含量明显降低,GSTs活性变化幅度较小。因此,植物体内莽草酸积累量较少是抗草甘膦的主要生理反应。Sixty-seven wild soybeans ( Glycine soja)were field planted and their resistance to glyphosate were identified. The re- sistance to glyphoaste of tested materials varied greatly. At 1. 23 kg a. i · hm -5 glyphosate, the survival rate of ZYD0685 and ZYD2405 were 87% and 83% ,respectively,that of seven wild soybeans ranged from 2.7% to 38% ,fifty-eight wild soybeans were died after glyphosate treatment. To elucidate the physiological mechanism of the resistance,chlorophyll content, shikimate accumulation and guhathione S transferases(GSTs) activity between glyphosate resistant and sensitive wild soybean, ZYD0685 and ZYDO790,were compared. The three index for ZYD0685 and ZYD0790 were basically identical before glyphosate treat- ment. Under varied glyphosate concentration treatment, chlorophyll content and shikimate accumulation remained stable and GSTs activity significantly enhanced for resistant soybean ZYD0685. While shikimate accumulation significantly increased and chlorophyll content significantly increased for sensetive soybean ZYD0790. Results suggest lower shikimate accumulation is the main physiological response for glyphosate resistance in wild soybean.
