芪黄饮对2型糖尿病肾病尿微量蛋白疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:了解芪黄饮对2型糖尿病肾病早期微量白蛋白的的影响。方法:将55例2型糖尿病患者随即分为两组:对照组28例,常规药物治疗(包括降糖、降压、调脂、抗血小板聚集等);芪黄饮组27例,在常规药物治疗的基础上口服芪黄饮汤剂、每日一剂,两组治疗2个月。比较两组治疗前后尿中尿微量白蛋白、高敏C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原水平。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗后尿微量白蛋白均明显下降(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的组间差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而芪黄饮组的高敏C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原水平、尿微量白蛋白较常规药物组有明显下降,组间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :芪黄饮在常规药物治疗的基础上,能有效降低尿微量白蛋白,对早期糖尿病肾病有治疗作用。Objective：Effects of the Qihuang Decoction on early type 2 diabetic nephropathy mieroalbuminuria o Methods：55 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups at random：28 eases of tile control group,routine drag therapy （ including antktiabetie, antihypertensive, lipid lowering, platelet aggregation and etc.）.Qihuang Deccx：tion ~oup 27 cases, on the basis of＇ conventional drug ther：~py adding Qihuang Decoction , once daily dosing, two groups were treated for 2 nmnthso Compared the level of two groups before and after treatment of urinary microalbuminuria,high sensitive C reactive protein, fibrinogen .Results： Compared with before treatment, two groups aftertreatment of urinary albumin decreased significantly （P〈0.05）;After treatment in two groups of patients with no significant difference between the groups （P〉0.05）. The high-sensitivity C reactive protein, fibrinogen level, urinary albumin excretion of Qihnang Decoction group than conventional medication group decreased obviously,Between group differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05 ）.Gionclusion： The Qihuaug Decoction on conventional medical treatment, can effectively reduce urinary ＇albumin, diabetic nephmpathy in early stage treatment.
