大型站改施工的车务安全风险控制对策

摘　　要：铁路大型站场改造施工,需要车务部门严格控制施工安全风险,消除各环节的不利因素。以向塘西站扩能改造工程为例,针对站场改造施工,对施工安全风险识别、安全风险分析和施工风险控制等进行系统梳理。在大型站场改造施工中,站段应增强施工组织安全风险意识,成立专业风险控制小组,针对技术方案风险、施工现场动态风险进行控制,分析、研判各环节的安全风险,制定安全风险卡控措施,实现施工安全风险的有效控制。Reconstruction of railway large-scale station and yard needs train crew department strictly controlling construction safety risk and eliminating disadvantage factors in each link. By taking capacity expansion engineering of Xiangtang West Station as example, targeting with station and yard reconstruction, the construction safety risk identification, safety risk analysis and construction risk control are systematically settled. During the reconstruction of large-scale / station and yard, station and depot should enhance the safety risk consciousness of construction organization and build special risk control team, which used to control, analyze and judge the safety risk in each link aiming at technical program risk and dynamic risk in construction site and constituting safety risk control measures, so as to realize effective control of construction safety risk.
