摘　　要：目的观察不同刺激参数下针药复合麻醉对肺切除手术患者的NK细胞活性的影响。方法采用随机、对照、单盲的临床试验方法,将85例肺部开胸手术肺切除患者随机分成5组,每组17例。A组为全麻对照,B组予2 Hz电针刺激穴位,C组予2/100 Hz电针刺激穴位,D组予100 Hz电针刺激穴位,E组予2/100 Hz经皮穴位电刺激。分别在手术前、手术中及术后第1天测外周血NK细胞活性。结果术后NK细胞活性,B组、D组与A组比较P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义;C组、E组与A组比较P>0.05,差异均无统计学意义,但有差异倾向。结论 2 Hz与100 Hz针药复合麻醉方案可改善肺切除手术中患者NK细胞活性。Objective To investigate the effect of combined acupuncture and medicine anesthesia under different stimulation parameters on NK cell activity in pneumonectomy patients. Method A single-blind randomized controlled clinical trial was carried out. Eighty-five thoracotomic pneumonectomy patients were randomly allocated to five groups, 17 cases each. Group A received general anesthesia as a control; group B, 2 Hz electroacupuncture acupoint stimulation; group C, 2/100 Hz electroacupuncture acupoint stimulation; group D, 100 Hz electroacupuncture acupoint stimulation; group E, 2/100 Hz transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation. Peripheral blood NK cell activity was measured before, during and at one day after the operation. Result There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in NK cell activity between group B or D and group A （P〈0.05）, and not between group C or E and group A （P〉0.05） but there was a tendency to have a difference. Conclusion Combined （2 and 100 Hz） acupuncture and medicine anesthesia can improve NK cell activity during oneumonectomv.
