穴位贴敷防治支气管哮喘临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷冬病夏治治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效,并探讨贴敷时间与疗效的关系。方法选取100例支气管哮喘患者,将白芥子、延胡索、甘遂、细辛和冰片组成的冬病夏治贴膏,于夏天头伏期间贴敷于肺俞、心俞、膈俞穴,贴敷2～6 h,10 d后(即二伏)和20 d后(即三伏)各重复贴敷1次。治疗前及疗程结束1年后观察患者生命质量评分、哮喘症状、缓解期时间、发作次数和发作持续时间,并分析贴敷时间与疗效的关系。结果临床总有效率为84%;治疗后患者生命质量评分、哮喘症状、缓解期时间、发作次数均明显好转(P<0.05,P<0.01);发作持续时间未见明显差异(P>0.05)。将患者根据贴敷时间分为4 h以下组33例、4 h组32例、4 h以上组35例,各组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘疗效确切,其贴敷时间长短对疗效并无影响。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of acupoint application in treating bronchial asthma under the concept of treating winter diseases in summer, and to discuss the relation between application time and therapeutic efficacy. Method A hundred patients with bronchial asthma were elected to receive acupoint application by selecting Feishu （BL 13）, Xinshu （BL 15）, and Gesbu （BL17） since the first of the three periods of the hot season. Medicinal paste was made of Baijiezi （Semen Brassicae）, Yanhusuo （Rhizoma Corydalis）, Xixin （Herba Asari）, and Bingpian （Bomeolum Syntheticum）. Application lasted 2~6 h each time, and was repeated once respectively 10 d later （the second of the three periods of the hot season） and 20 d later （the third of the three periods of the hot season）. Before treatment and a year later after the treatment, quality of life, asthma symptom, remission duration time, attack frequency and attack duration tiem were observed, and the relation between application time and therapeutic efficacy was analyzed. Result The clinical total effective rate was 84%; after treatment, quality of life, asthma symptom, remission duration time, attack frequency all had significant improvements （P（0.05,P（0.01）; attack duration time had insignificant improvement （P〉 0.05）. According to the application time, the patients were divided into a group of （4 h （n^33）, a group of=4 h （n=32）, and a group of 〉4 h （n=35）, and there were no significant differences between the three groups in comparing therapeutic efficacy （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Aeupoint application has precise therapeutic efficacy in treating bronchial asthma under the concept of treating winter diseases in summer, and the efficacy is not influenced by application duration time.
