摘　　要：目的观察头皮发际微针疗法治疗梅尼埃病的疗效并探讨其相关机理。方法 80例梅尼埃病患者随机分为两组。观察组用头皮发际微针疗法,对照组用传统循经取穴针刺法。观察两组疗效及治疗前后血液流变学改变。结果观察组总有效率为80.0%,高于对照组(75.0%)(P<0.05)。治疗前两组血液流变学各项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组血液流变学各项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头皮发际微针疗法对于梅尼埃病患者具有确切疗效,其治疗机理与改善血液循环密切相关。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of scalp micro-needling at hairline in treating Meniere disease and to explore its mechanism. Method Eighty patients with Meniere disease were randomized into two groups. The observation group was treated with scalp micro-needling at hairline, and the control group was with conventional method by selecting acupoints of the corresponding meridians. Change of hemorheology was observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Result The total effective rate was 80.0% in the observation group, higher than that in the control group （75.0%） （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, there were no significant differences between the two groups in the indexes of hemorheology （P〉0.05）; after treatment, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Scalp micro-needling at hairline has precise therapeutic efficacy in treating Meniere disease, and its action mechanism is related to the improvement of blood circulation.
