摘 要:针对全球变化和城市化背景下区域人水耦合系统脆弱性问题,在简单动态模型(VSD)框架内构建脆弱性评价指标体系,运用熵权模糊物元模型评价湖北省人水耦合系统暴露度、敏感度、适应度及综合脆弱度的时空演变。按脆弱度分级将各市(州)人水耦合系统分为Ⅰ级不脆弱区、Ⅱ级轻度脆弱区及Ⅲ级中等脆弱区三类。研究结果表明,2001~2010年湖北省人水耦合系统脆弱性从Ⅴ级降至Ⅲ级,脆弱度较高,并存在下降的空间。In allusion to the regional coupled human-water system vulnerability issues in the background of globalization and urbanization,a vulnerability index system is established based on the vulnerability scoping diagram(VSD).The exposure degree,sensitivity,adaptive capacity and comprehensive vulnerability of coupled human-water system in Hubei Province is assessed by using entropy fuzzy matter element model.In accordance with the vulnerability,the coupled human-water system in cities can be classified to three categories,that is,Degree I not vulnerable areas,Degree II low-grade vulnerable areas and Degree III medium-vulnerable areas.The results show that the vulnerability degree of the coupled human-water system in Hubei province declines from Degree V to Degree III from year 2001 to 2010.The vulnerability degree is relatively high and there still exists space of decline.
