摘  要:为维持风电并网的可靠性,以某区域电网为例,提出了风电并网规划决策的四维环境并分别进行了承压度建模,针对新能源接入特性分析了技术环境和生态环境对电网规划的影响,基于环境承载力理论研究了风电接入电网规划决策,从技术、生态、经济及政策等方面准确地作出电网规划的决策。To maintain the reliability of wind power integration,a four-dimensional environment of decision-making of power network planning with wind power integration is proposed.To consider the features of new energy integration,this article focuses especially on the impact of technical environment and ecological environment on power network planning.Based on the theory of environmental bearing capacity,the decision of power network planning with wind power integration considered is studied,which helps to make a comprehensive and accurate decision of power network planning from aspects of technique,ecology,economy and policy.
