摘  要:以烷基多胺醚GE-609作为反浮选捕收剂,对酒钢铁矿碧玉进行了浮选试验和机理研究。研究表明:GE-609对碧玉有较好的选择分离效果,闭路试验获得了铁精矿产率82.53%、品位62.15%和回收率94.13%的良好指标。测试和溶液化学分析结果表明,在4.6<pH<9时,溶液中烷基多胺醚以二价阳离子RNH42+为主;在中性pH值条件下,碧玉表面都荷负电,容易与RNH42+发生电性吸附,而磁铁矿表面几乎不荷电,从而实现碧玉和铁矿的分离。Using alkyl polyamines ether GE-609 as the reverse flotation collector, flotation tests and mechanism study were conducted for recovering jasper of JiuSteel Iron Mine. The results show that, when used for jasper flotation, GE-609 shows good selectivity, and an iron concentrate with the yield of 82.53%, TFe grade of 62.15% and iron recovery of 94.13% can be obtained from the closed-circuit flotation test. The solution chemistry study shows that the main component of alkyl polyamines ether in a pulp at a pH of 4.6 - 9 is divalent cation RNH4^2+. In the neutral solution, there is a strong tendency of electrostatic adsorption between RNH4^2+ and negatively charged adsorption of RNH4^2+ on the almost non-charged surface of magnetite is limited.
