摘  要:为了提高变径水介质分选床回收细粒级电路板颗粒的分选效率,对破碎至-1.00 mm的电路板颗粒进行了分选研究,建立了颗粒在流动水介质中的受力与运动学模型,确定影响分选效果的两个因素为水流速度和床体倾角。研究了床体倾角和水流速度之间的相关性,得出水流速度随床体倾角的变化率为Δv≤0.006 m3/h,可忽略两者的相关性。同时,通过单因素试验,测得水流速度为6.7 m3/h、床体倾角接近35°时,对-1.00 mm粒级物料分选效果最佳。With an aim to improve the separation etliclency ot vanabte-dlameterea water meamm separauon bed in recovering fine PCB particles, experiments were carried out to separate PCB particles crushed to -1. 130 mm. Mechanic and kinematic models of particles in flowing water were established. It can be concluded that two key factors influencing separation efficiency are the water flowing rate and obliquity angle of separation bed. According to the correlation analysis of these two factors, it can be found that, the variable rate of flowing speed with the obliquity angle of bed is no more than O. 006 m^3/h, so the correlation effects can be i of 6.7 ma/h and the obliquity angle of nearly actualized. gnored.
