摘　　要：心理战作为信息化战争中"软"打击的重要作战方式,受到越来越多的重视。心理战中人的个性形成和传播是个非常复杂的过程,传统建模方法不能反映作战中人的个性因素及对作战产生的难以预料的结果。采用复杂适应系统理论多Agent建模方法探讨作战中人的因素,在微观层面使用Agent参数表示个性,并对Agent行为引入个性表达,在宏观层面使用社会学方法研究个性的传播机制,并使用网络及Agent网络属性表达。在此基础上,构建模拟系统,进行实验。对心理战的实施具有很好的指导作用。In the era of information warfare, psychological combat which is an important soft attack way had been paid more and more attention. Personality and its propagation mechanism of man are a very complex process. The traditional simulation model can not reflect the untraceable effect of personality and morale. Based on CAS theory and agent modeling method, in micro aspect, the agent behavior was modeled by soldier＇s personality that is described by agent parameters. In macro aspect, personality propagation mechanism was analyzed by sociology theory, and modeled by the network adjacency matrix and agent network parameters. What＇s more, a simulation system was built and some experiments were carried out to reveal the role of personality in psychological combat.
