摘 要:雅克拉气田地处塔克拉玛干沙漠北缘戈壁,自然环境条件苛刻,各单井井位分散。随着雅克拉气田持续开发,单井数量增加,距离处理站越来越远。原有井口无线监控系统受外界自然环境影响大,经常出现检测信号传输中断及高、低压自动关断等紊乱现象,井口应急处理存在滞后,管理难度大。为彻底解决雅克拉气田单井安全生产存在的隐患问题,确保井口装置工作可靠,提高油田的整体效益,对雅克拉气田井口监控系统进行改造。设计方案中增加井口视频监控,将井口液控柜气-液联动改为电-液联动,采用光纤通信替换无线电台通信,实现了井口远程监控系统数据传输准确,系统稳定,控制及时,现场可视化,达到单井远程控制的效果。The Yakela gas field is located in the northern of the Taklamakan desert gobi, natural environment is demanding, each single well is scattered, with the Yakela gas field continuously developing, the number of the single well is increasing. The distance of the treatment station is far away. The existing wireless monitoring system is influenced by the external natural environment, often appear detection signal transmission interrupted and high and low voltage of automatic shutoff disorder, the emergency treatment exists lags behind, the management is difficult. For completely solved the safety single well hidden trouble of the Yakela gas field production, ensuring the device safe, and improving the overall efficiency of oil field, monitoring system of the Yakela gas field is reformed, increase the video monitoring, reform the well- head hydraulic controlled cabinet gas -liquid linkage to electricity -liquid linkage, replaced radio communication by using optical fiber communication, realizedthe data remote monitoring system transmission accurate, stability, control in time, the visualization, achieve the effect of single well remote control.
