摘 要:设计了一款高精密弹簧性能测试仪,用于测试差动螺管式电感传感器中对称弹簧的性能。测试仪的传动机构采用闭环控制步进电机的方法,精确给定弹簧形变距离。利用24位型A/D转换器实现压力数据采集,在数据处理中应用双重中值滤波提高压力检测模块的准确度。根据弹簧形变距离和相应的压力差值,计算弹簧的倔强系数。实验表明:该测试仪测量结果满足设计的精度要求。A highly precision spring performance tester was designed to test function of symmetrical spring in the inductance sensor based on differential coil. Closed loop control was adopted to control step motor in the transmissionmechanism of tester,which gives deformation distance of spring precisely. The pressure data acquisition was achieved by using 24 bits △-∑ ADC and double median filter was applied in data handling to improve accuracy of pressure detection module. According to deformation distance of spring and corresponding pressure difference,stiffness coefficient of spring was calculated. The experiments showed that measuring results of the tester meet the accuracy requirement.
