摘　　要：目的了解2010年河南省健康人群A群流脑抗体水平。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测健康人群血清中的A群流脑抗体含量。结果 A群流脑抗体阳性率为89.1%,抗体平均浓度为6.82μg/mL,其中以5~6岁组（5.52μg/mL）最低,13~15岁组（8.23μg/mL）最高。结论河南省健康人群A群流脑抗体阳性率维持在较高的水平。Objective To explore the antibody level of groups A Neisseria meningitidis of healthy population in Henan Province in 2010. Methods Antibody levels of groups A epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis were determined quantification all by ELISA. Results The medians of average antibody levels of groups A epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis were 6.82 p~ g/mL. The positive rates of antibody were 89.1%. The highest average of group A antibody level was in 5~6 years old group（5.52 tx g/mL）,and the lowest was in l 3-15 years old group （8.23 tx g/mL）. Conclusion The positive rate of antibody level of group A epidemic eerebrospinal meningitis in Henan Province was high.
