摘 要:以混合动力系统(integrated starter/generator,ISG)为研究对象,在转矩控制策略的基础上设计了一种ISG混合动力系统动态转矩协调控制策略。采用MATLAB/SIMULINK/STATEFLOW混合建模方法建立了前向式ISG混合动力系统仿真模型,并在NEDC工况下针对实例ISG混合动力汽车进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:与转矩控制策略相比,采用动态转矩协调控制策略能够使整车实际转矩较好地跟随需求转矩,同时有效控制状态切换过程中的实际输出转矩突变和波动,从而验证了ISG混合动力系统动态转矩协调控制策略的有效性,为研究混合动力汽车多能源控制提供一种新方法。With the Integrated Starter/Generator (ISG) hybrid system as the research object, a dynamic torque coordination control strategy of ISG hybrid system was designed based on torque control strategy. Forward ISG hybrid system simula- tion model was established by MATLAB/SIMULINK/STATEFLOW hybrid modeling method, and the simulation was carried on instance ISG hybrid vehicles in the conditions of NEDC driving cycles. The simulation results show that com- pared with the torque control strategy, using dynamic torque coordination control strategy enables the actual torque of vehicle to follow the demand torque, at the same time the mutation and fluctuation of the actual output torque for the state switching process is controlled effectively. Therefore the effectiveness of dynamic torque coordination control strategy of ISG hybrid system is verified, and a new method for the study of hybrid vehicles multi-energy control is provided.
