摘　　要：全自动酶免分析仪是基于酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)开发出的一种高效检测设备,在免疫测定分析方面正发挥着越来越大的作用。现有酶免分析仪多采用RS232接口,由于端口数量有限,传输速度缓慢,严重影响着全自动酶免分析仪的发展。采用USB接口的通信方式,以CY7C68013为通信系统的主控芯片,通过对硬件电路、系统软件和通信协议的设计,实现了酶免分析仪系统软件和电子控制系统之间的数据通信,满足了全自动酶免分析仪高速数据传输和实时控制等要求。Automatic enzyme immunoassay instrument is a kind of high efficient detection instrument based on En- zyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）, which has larger effect on immunoassay analysis and detection. The existing enzyme immunoassay instrument uses RS232 interface, which seriously affects the development of automatic enzyme immunoassay instrument due to the limited port number and the slow transmission speed. In this paper, using USB inter- face communication mode, chosen CY7C68013 as the master chip of the communication system, through the design of hardware circuit, system software and communication protocols, the communication between automatic immunoenzy- matic analytic instrument software and master control system is realized, and the high speed data transmission and real-time control requirement is satisfied.
