摘　　要：低温甲醇洗用来脱除变换气中CO2、H2S及有机硫杂质,同时也脱除变换气中带入的饱和水,文章对低温甲醇洗工序开车过程中出现问题以及影响低温甲醇洗稳定运行的因素进行分析,提出了解决这类问题的办法。为装置的安、稳、长、满、优稳定运行提供了保障。The low - temperature methanol washing was used to remove CO2, H2S and organic impurity in shift gas, and saturation water with in the gas as while. The paper analyzed the issue in start - up process of low - temperature methanol washing and the factor influencing stable run of low - temperature methanol washing. The measures resolving these problems were suggested, so that supports for safe, stable, longtime, full load, excellent run of device was provided.
