摘　　要：从独立学院化学类实验课程的实验教学管理机制、实验教学人力资源、实验课程教学内容、实验课程全面开放教学、实验课程全部独立设课、鼓励并加强教师实验教学研究、加强青年教师的培养、组织教材建设等几个方面。The integration and establishment of chemistry experiment teaching system in the independent college were discussed from the chemistry experiment teaching management mechanism, the human resources of experiment teaching,experiment teaching content, opening comprehensively experiment course, experimental courses being all independent course, encouraging and strengthening teachers＇experimental teaching research, strengthening the training of young teachers, and organization of the teaching material construction.
