摘　　要：目的建立可口革囊星虫中多糖的提取及其含量测定方法。方法用水提法提取可口革囊星虫多糖,用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量,检测波长为490 nm。结果葡萄糖进样质量浓度在10.0～70.7μg/mL范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,r=0.998 8;可口革囊星虫中多糖含量为15.85%,方法平均回收率为94.61%,RSD=1.87%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于可口革囊星虫多糖含量的测定。Objective To establish the extraction and content determination methods of polysaccharides in Phascolosoma Esulent. Methods Polysaccharides of Phascolosoma esulent were obtained by hot water extraction and its contents were determined with phenol- vitriol colorimetry. The detective wavelength was 490 rim. Results The sample size of polysaccharides in the range of 10.0-70.7 μg/mL showed good linear relation with the absorbance（r=0. 998 8）. The polysaccharide content of Phascolosoma esulent was 15.85% and the average recovery rate was 94. 61% with RSD = 1.87% （n=6）. Conclusion The established methods are reliable and accurate with good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of polysaccharides in Phascolosoma esulent.
