高效液相色谱法测定复方消渴降糖胶囊中槲皮素含量

摘　　要：目的建立复方消渴降糖胶囊中槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法采用VP-ODS C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(50∶50)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为360 nm。结果槲皮素进样量在0.202 4～1.012μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.48%,RSD为1.53%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于复方消渴降糖胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a determination method of the quercetin content in Compound Xiaoke Sugar-Reducing Cap-sules.Methods The VP-ODS C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of methanol-0.2% phos-phoric acid solution（50 ∶50）,the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 360 nm.Results The linear relation of quercetin was good within the range of 0.202 4-1.012 μg（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery rate was 100.48%,RSD 1.53%（n=6）.Conclusion The established method is accurate,sensitive and good in reproducibility,which can be applied to the quality control of Compound Xiaoke Sugar-Reducing Capsules.
