国内经腹与经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠患者随机对照试验的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价国内经腹与经阴道超声对异位妊娠患者的诊断结果。方法运用Meta分析法对7项国内经腹与经阴道超声对异位妊娠患者进行诊断的临床随机对照试验结果进行综合分析。结果 7项研究有明显异质性(P<0.01),采用随机效应模型,Meta分析结果显示:阴道超声组诊断准确率优于腹部超声组(RR=1.12、95%CI为1.09～1.15),差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论从诊断准确率角度分析,阴道超声优于腹部超声,但二者各具优势,必要时应联合进行。Objective To study transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound diagnostic results for patients with ectopic preg- nancy. Methods Meta-analysis was used to analyze the randomized controlled trials results of ectopic pregnancy diagnosed by seven do- mestic transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound, respectively. Results There was obvious heterogeneity （ P 〈 0.01 ）. With a random effects model, Meta analysis results showed that vaginal ultrasound diagnostic accuracy was better than abdominal ultrasound group（ RR = 1.12,95% CI was 1.09 - 1.15 ）. There were significant differences （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Trans vaginal ultrasound is better than transabdominal ultrasound in diagnostic accuracy. But they should be used jointly when necessary.
