摘　　要：[目的]进一步认识气肿性膀胱炎的临床特点及治疗方法。【方法】回顾性分析2例气肿性膀胱炎病例的临床资料及诊治经过。【结果】本组2例患者经积极控制血糖，联合应用抗生素，留置导尿并膀胱冲洗后顺利康复，治愈出院。【结论】气肿性膀胱炎为一种罕见的泌尿系感染，临床症状多变，多合并糖尿病，CT检查有助于明确诊断，治疗以非手术治疗为主。[Objective] To further understand the clinical features and therapeutic methods of emphysematous cystitis（EC）. [Methods]Clinical data and the course of treatment of 2 EC patients were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] The clinical symptoms of EC were varied, and mostly complicated with diabetes mellitus（DM）. CT ex- amination was helpful for the definite diagnosis. The 2 patients were successfully cured by active control of blood glucose and the combination application of antibiotics, the indwelling of catheter as well as bladder irrigation. They recovered well and discharged from hospital. [Conclusion] EC is a rare urinary tract infection. Early detection should be taken. The treatment of EC is mainly non-surgical therapy.
