摘  要:本文以EDTA为络合剂,使它与无机锆、钇盐络合,生成络合物溶胶。这种化学络合法制得的溶胶结构随着锆、钇离子与 EDTA的摩尔配比 (r)及其溶液所处介质溶液的 pH值而变化。借助于TG、DTA、XRD、BET、TEM等方法分析;可得出最后煅烧温度为600℃。在实验范围内,pH值恒定时,r大于2时,粒径随r增大而增加;当 r<2时,粒径随r增加而减小,在同一配比下小pH>5时,SBET、随pH值的升高迅速下降;pN值在3~5范围内,粉末粒径变化不很明显,PH<3时,粉末粒径随pH值降低迅速增加。pH=5、r=2、600℃煅烧后得到的ZrO2粉末比表面积为 107.30m2/g,粒径约为9.5nm。因此用 EDTA络合法可制得晶化完全、固溶好的ZrO2纳米粉。In the artical, nanocrystalline of ZrO2, powders were prepared from complex precursors by the reaction of inorganic salt and EDTA. At first, the complex gel, which structures had relations with the mol ratios of Zr or Y to EDTA and pH value of reactive solution, could be attained. Through a serial experiments,especially, the system of drying and calcining was strictly controled. By means of TG. DTA, XRD, BET, TEM and so on to analyse the sol or gel, then conclusions could be drawn; the last calcining temperature was 600℃. When pH value was 5, the ratio was 2, 600℃ calcining, attained ZrO2 powder had its surface area of 107. 30m2 /g, the diameter was about 9. 5nm. So the nanocrystalline ZrO2 powder which had good structure and character could be made by the method of EDTA complex.
