组合式护理排班法在混合病房的应用

摘　　要：目的进一步提高临床护理质量,提高护理专业内涵,为患者提供安全、优质、满意的护理服务。方法科室根据我院病人服务中心提供的病人满意度调查结果,对护理存在的问题进行分析,改变护理排班模式和护士工作模式,运用组合式护理排班法,全面落实护士管床责任制。结果将实施前十个月病人满意度与实施后八个月病人满意度进行比较,病人在入院宣教、出院指导、护士服务态度、护士整体护理方面满意度提高P<0.01;发药指导、操作解释的满意度也有提升,P<0.05。结论组合式护理排班法有助于管床责任制的落实,推动优质护理示范工程的开展,是一种可行的护理管理方法,值得借鉴和推广。Objective To further improve the quality of clinical nursing and increase the nursing content and eventually provide safe, high quality and satisfactory service for patients. Methods According to the patient satisfaction survey results, the clinical department analyzed the existing nursing problem, and then changed the the nursing scheduling mode and nurses＇ work mode, and used the combined nursing scheduling method in the hope of carrying out nurse attending bed responsibility system roundly. Results Compared the level of the patient satisfaction ten months before the implementation and eight month after the implementation, the level of patient satisfaction had been improved a lot in hospitalizing education, discharge guidance, nurse service attitude and holistic nursing, P 〈0.01. The satisfaction level of dispensing guidance, operation interpretation had also been slightly improved, P 〈0.05. Conclusion The combined nursing scheduling method will improve the implementation of responsibility system of ＂attending bed＂, and it will promote the development of the high quality nursing demonstration project, which is a practical nursing management method and is quotable and worthy of promotion.
