股静脉穿刺置管术在危重病人应用中的护理探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨股静脉穿刺在危重病人中的临床护理效果。方法对2007年10月至2011年8月40例危重病人进行股静脉置管术,建立完善的管理措施,对深静脉置管严格地做好护理维护工作。结果 40例危重病人行股静脉穿刺,一次穿刺成功30例,反复穿刺成功10例,穿刺成功率100%。置管时间最长为30天,最短7天。2例在穿刺口有红点,无发生感染、静脉炎、空气栓塞等并发症。结论护理干预可有效地延长股静脉的置管时间,减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the effect of femoral vein puncture in the clinical nursing of critically ill patients. Methods 40 critically ill patients underwent femoral vein catheterization from October 2007 to August 2011. Improved management measures helped rigorous nursing and maintenance of deep venous catheter. Results 40 cases of critically ill patients received femoral vein puncture, with puncture success rate of 100% （one time puncture success of 30 cases, repeated puncture success of 10 cases）. The longest catheter time of 30 days, the shortest 7 days. 2 cases had red dot at the puncture, without complications such as infection, phlebitis, or air embolism. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively extend the femoral vein catheter time, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
