摘　　要：加快陕北黄土丘陵区生态移民地区经济建设,对促进西部生态移民尽快走上以工促农、以城带乡、山川互济,具有西部特色的扶贫开发之路,构建和谐陕西具有重大意义。当前,制约陕北黄土丘陵区生态移民发展的主要瓶颈之一是资金问题,本文在深入调研的基础上,通过对该地区生态迁移农户的金融需求现状进行了分析,提出了金融支持生态移民地区加快发展的创新模式。Accelerating the economic construction of ecological migration regions of loess hilly areas in the northern Shaanxi province is of great significance to promote the western ecological immigration with the characteristics of western areas and construct the harmonious Shaanxi province. Currently, the problem of the capital is one of the main bottlenecks which restricts the development of ecological emigration of loess hilly areas in the northern Shaanxi province. Based on the thorough investigation, the paper analyzes the present situation of the ecological migration farmers＇ financial demands, and puts forward the innovation mode of financial support for the rapid development of the ecological migration areas.
