西地那非治疗先天性心脏病肺动脉高压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨西地那非治疗先天性心脏病(CHD)合并肺动脉高压(PAH)的临床治疗效果。方法:选择收治的50例CHD合并PAH病例,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予常规方法治疗,研究组在此基础上给予口服西地那非治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后研究组患者PAP的下降程度、PaO2及氧合指数的上升程度,均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。未发现明显不良反应。结论:西地那非治疗CHD合并PAH,可有效降低肺动脉压力,改善患者的心功能,且无不良反应,安全性高。Objective： To explore clinical therapeutic effect of sildenafil treatment of congenital heart disease （ CHD ） combined pulmonary arterial hypertension （ PAH ） . Method： Selected 50 cases of CHD merge PAH cases, divided into the research group and the control group, the control group given conventional treatment, the research group on the basis of the given oral sildenafil treatment, observed the treatment effect of two group. Result： After treatment group patients PAP decline degree and Pa02 and oxygenation index rising degree, were significantly superior to control group. No found that obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion： Sildenafil treatment of CHD merger PAH, which can effectively reduce the pulmonary artery pressure, and improve heart function of patients, and no had reaction, high safety.
