摘　　要：目的建立同时测定蒙药通拉嘎-5中胡椒碱和荜茇宁含量的HPLC方法。方法采用C18ODS Hypersil ThermoDim(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(50∶50)为流动相,流速为1 ml/min,进样量20μl,检测波长343 nm,在室温下测定。结果胡椒碱和荜茇宁分别在4～80μg/ml(r=0.9992)和0.25～12.50μg/ml(r=0.999)浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,其平均回收率分别为99.6%和98.5%(n=5)。结论该方法便捷、准确和重现性好,可用于通拉嘎-5的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of piperine and piperlonguminine in Mongolian medicine Tonglaga-5 by HPLC.Methods The chromatographic separation was carried out at room temperature on a C18 ODS Hypersil Thermo Dim column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） using acetonitrile and water（50∶50） as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 ml/min and the injection volume was 20 μl.The analytes were detected at 230 nm.Results The calibration curves showed good linearity in the concentration ranges of piperine 4-80 μg/ml（r=0.9992） and piperlonguminine 0.25-12.5 μg/ml（r=0.999）,respectively.The average recoveries of piperine and piperlonguminine were 99.6% and 98.5%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Tonglaga-5.
