摘 要:某化验站项目气体探测器数量较多,安装于室内且布置比较集中,如果采用传统点对点硬接线的方式,需要在室内敷设大量电缆,不利于施工,且将来的维护、扩展困难。针对该现状,首次采用了基于现场总线环网的气体检测报警系统设计方案。简要介绍了现场总线技术和Lonworks总线环网,分析了总线环网的特点。针对某化验站项目的具体测控需求,分析了采用现场总线环网的必要性和可行性,阐述了采用此技术的具体网络拓扑结构和设计方案。结合现场使用情况的反馈,总结了该技术的优势。There are many gas detectors installed indoors and with centralized wiring in one project. If hard connection is used with traditional point to point mode, lots of cables will be laid indoors, and is not good for construction, and is difficult for maintenance and extension. Aim to current situation, the design scheme of gas detection and alarm system based on fieldbus ring net is applied for the first time. Fieldbus technology and lonworks bus ring net are briefly introduced. The characteristic of fieldbus ring net is evaluated. According to the detailed requirement of measuring and monitoring in the analysis station project, the necessity and feasibility of fieldbus ring net are discussed, and the detailed design scheme and network topology structure based on lonworks fieldbus ring net are expatiated. Combining the application results, the advantage of this scheme are summarized.
