摘　　要：针对第二采气厂生产实时数据库存在生产数据分析性能差、OPC不稳定等问题,在信息中心搭建PI实时数据库,利用网络,直接通过与集气站控制器通信,采集各集气站内生产运行参数,单井数据直接采集进入厂级数据库中;榆林、米脂处理厂数据,通过网络从冗余控制器上采集各生产单元数据;长北生产实时数据,通过OPC中间服务器方式进行数据采集,从而实现生产数据实时读取、监控、查询、传输,为中端数据提供了大量准确的实时信息,提高了气田管理水平。Aim to the issue of poor performance of production data analysis of real-time database and unstable OPC in the second gas gathering plant, PI real-time database is constructed in the information center. With the network, production operation parameters for each gas gathering station are acquired by direct communication with gas gathering station controller, and the data of single well is collected directly from plant database. The production data of each unit of Yulin and Mizhi processing plant are acquired through network from redundant controller. Real-time production data for Changbei are collected through OPC intermediate server, and real-time production data reading, monitoring, querying, and transferring is realized. It provides substantially accurate real-time information for mediad data, and the management level of gas field is improved.
