摘　　要：本系统基于ARM11处理器为核心,通过3G无线传输,实现智能终端手机的远程监控。同时,通过内部网络传输到监控中心,从而实现小区远程监控智能化、快速化的实时监控目的。The system is based on the ARMllprocessor as the core, through the 3G wireless transmission, to achieve intelligent terminal mobile phone remote monitoring. At the same time, through the internal network transmission to the monitoring center, so as to realize remote monitoring intelligent community, fast real-time monitoring purposes.
