摘  要:为明确山东省苹果轮纹病菌对三唑类杀菌剂的敏感性现状,从苹果主要种植区采集、分离了14个苹果轮纹病菌菌株,采用菌丝生长速率法测定其对3种三唑类杀菌剂的敏感性。结果表明,苯醚甲环唑、丙环唑和戊唑醇对14个菌株的EC50值分别在0.011 1~0.125 1、0.040 8~0.295 5、0.086 8~0.578 3μg/mL之间。菌株YY03对苯醚甲环唑的敏感性较低,EC50为0.125 1μg/mL,TA01对其最敏感,EC50为0.011 1μg/mL,苯醚甲环唑对TA01的毒力是YY03的11.27倍;丙环唑对菌株QX03的毒力是YX01的7.24倍,戊唑醇对菌株QX02的毒力是TA01的6.66倍。通过Duncan氏新复极差法和系统聚类分析,结果表明,不同菌株之间对3种三唑类杀菌剂的敏感性差异较大。To clarify the sensitivity of Botryosphaeria dothidea to main triazole fungicides, 14 strains of B. dothidea from Shandong Province were determined with mycelial growth rate method. Results showed that EC50 values of difenoconazole, propiconazole and tebuconazole to the 14 strains ranged from 0. 011 1 to 0. 125 1 μg/mL, from 0.040 8 to 0.295 5 g/mL, from 0. 086 8 to 0. 578 3μg/mL, respectively. Strain YY03 (EC50 0. 125 1 μg/mL) showed the lowest sensitivity to difenoconazole. Strain TA01 (EC500. 011 1 μg/mL)was most sensitive to difenoconazole, whose toxicity to strain TA01 was 11.27-fold compared to strain YY03. The toxicity of propiconazole to strain QX03 was 7.24 fold compared to strain YX01. The toxicity of tebuconazole to strain QX02 was 6.66 fold compared to strain TA01. Duncan's test and hierarchical cluster analysis demonstrated that the 14 strains had significant difference in their sensitivities to the three triazole fungicides.
