摘　　要：目的了解不同活动场所男男性行为人群(MSM)艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染状况以及相关的行为特征。方法采用分类滚雪球抽样,在MSM聚集的酒吧、浴池、公园等地点,在知情同意下由经过专业培训的调查员进行匿名问卷调查,并采集血样进行血清学检测。结果调查了802名MSM,HIV阳性46例,阳性率5.74%。不同活动场所寻找性伴中公园型占58.7%,浴池型占22.1%,酒吧型占12.5%,网络型占3.2%,其他型占3.5%。不同活动场所中年龄、文化、婚姻状况、知晓、同伴教育的构成差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。近6个月、最近一次与同性发生无保护肛交以公园型MSM最多;与异性发生无保护性交行为比例最大的是浴池型41.24%。"年龄"、"最近一周与同性发生过肛交性行为次数"及"最近6个月与异性发生性行为时使用安全套的频率"是MSM人群选择场所的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论不同活动场所MSM人群危险性行为普遍存在,应根据不同场所的MSM人群开展有针对性健康教育和行为干预,预防和控制艾滋病的流行。Objective To understand HIV prevalence and its associated behavioral features among men who have sex with men （MSM） seeking sex partners in different venues. Methods Participants were recruited by categorical snowball sampling from different MSM gathering venues like gay bars, bathhouses and parks. Anonymous questionnaire survey with informed consent was conducted and blood was collected for HIV test. Results A total of 802 MSM were surveyed. The HIV positive rate was 5.74% （46/802）. The MSM seeking partners in parks, bathhouses, bars, by internet and in other places accounted for 58.7%, 22.1%, 12.5%, 3.2% and 3.5%, respectively. Their constitutions of age, education, marital status, AIDS awareness and peer education were significantly different （P 〈 0.01 ）. During the recent six months, unprotected anal sex with the same sex mostly occurred among the MSM seeking partners in parks, while the largest proportion of unprotected sexual intercourse with the opposite sex （41.24%） was from MSM seeking partners in bathhouses. Age, the frequency of anal sex with the same sex in the last week and the frequency of condom use when having heterosexual sex in the last six months were the main influencing factors of venue selection by MSM for partner seeking （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Risky sexual behaviors are prevalent in different venues for sex partner seeking among MSM. Targeted health education and behavioral interventions should be strengthened to contain further spreading of HIV.
