产褥期妇女保健及育儿知识认知情况及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解南充市产褥期妇女对产后保健知识及育儿知识的认知水平,并研究影响其认知水平的相关因素。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法对南充市419名产褥期妇女进行调查。结果产褥期妇女产后保健及育儿知识总分为(16.84±4.46)分,其中产褥期保健知识总分为(11.51±3.41)分,育儿知识总分为(5.34±1.92)分。产褥期妇女保健知识的认知与文化程度(P<0.001)有关。育儿知识的认知与文化程度(P<0.001)以及户口所在地(P<0.05)有关,产后保健及育儿总知识的认知与文化程度(P<0.001)及户口所在地(P<0.05)有关。此外,知识来源途径也是产后保健及育儿知识认识水平的影响因素。结论南充市产褥期妇女产后保健及育儿知识认识水平较低,相关部门应开展形式多样的健康教育,制定促进母婴保健的合理方案,从而进一步提高产褥期妇女及婴幼儿的生活质量和健康水平。Objective To investigate the cognitive level of postpartum health care and infantieulture knowledge of women during the puerperium in Nanehong City, and to study the relevant factors influencing the cognitive level. Method Random cluster sampling method was used to survey 419 women during the puerperium in Nanchong City. Results The total score of postpartum health care and infanticulture knowledge of women during the puerperium was （16.84 ＋_ 4.46）, among which the to- tal score of postpartum health care knowledge was （ 11.51 -＋ 3.41） and the total score of infanticulture knowledge was （5.34 _＋ 1.92）. The cognitive level of the women＇s postpartum health care knowledge was relative to their educational levels （P 〈 0. 001 ）. The cognitive level of the women＇s infanticulture knowledge was related to their educational level （P〈 0. 001） and the seat of registered permanent residence （P 〈 0.05）. The total cognitive level of lmstpartum health care and infantieulture knowl- edge was correlated with their education levels （P 〈 0. 001 ） and the seat of registered permanent residence （P 〈 0.05）. Besides, the source ways of the knowledge were also the factors influencing puerperal women＇s understanding level of health care and in- fanticulture knowledge. Conclusions The cognitive level of postpartum health care and infanticulture knowledge of women during the puerperium in Nanchong City is lower. Various forms of health education should be carried out and reasonable solutions conducive to maternal and infant health care are supposed to elaborate so as to further improve the quality of life and health of postpartum women and infants.
