摘　　要：文章概述了我国沼气工程补贴政策发展历程和德国现行沼气工程补贴政策,对沼气工程补贴政策进行了经济学解析和现实分析,阐明了进行财政补贴的理论基础,比较了中德两种不同补贴方式的现实影响,剖析了我国沼气工程存在"重建设,轻管理"现象的原因,揭示了我国现行沼气工程基建成本补贴政策存在的问题,在此基础上,提出建立沼气工程终端产品价格补贴政策的建议。This article provides an overview of the subsidy policy development for biogas engineering in China and that of current subsidy policy in Germany. Economic and realistic analysis on the subsidy policy for biogas project were made. The theoretical basis of the financial subsidies were clarified. The impact of different policy on the reality of China and Germany were compared. The reasons for the phenomenon of more attention to construction and despising management in China were analyzed, revealing the problems of the current subsidy policy for the biogas project infrastructure costs. On this basis, the terminal product subsidy policy as price of biogas was suggested.
