基于西门子CPU315—2PN／DP的软冗余系统在化肥废水处理中的应用

摘　　要：本系统以西门子s7—300系列PLC的CPU315—2PN／DP和CP342—5通讯模块构成的软冗余系统作为主站，ET200M分布式I／O作为从站，通过Profibus—DP和工业以太网构成污水处理控制与监视系统，以实现对化工废水处理设备的监控。本文简介了工艺背景和控制需求，着重描述了该监控系统的构成和功能，特别是基于CPU315—2PN／DP和CP342—5的软冗余系统网络的架构、硬件配置及软件编程要点等。该文还介绍了应用体会及该项目投运后达到的效果。The system takes the software redundaney system as the master station which consists of CPU315-2PN/DP and CP342-5 communicalion module of Siemens S7-300 series PI,C, ET2OOM distributed I/O as the slave stations to cnnstilute the sewage treatment con- trol and supervising system by means of Profibus-DP anti industrial Ether,et so as to achieve the monitoring for wastewater treatment e- quipments of chemical industry. This paper introduces in brief the teehnological background and eontrol requirements with the emphasis on the descriptions of the composition and ftmctions of the monitoring system, especially in the network architecture of the CPU315-2PN/DP and CP342-5 based software redundancy system, hardware configuration anti the software programming and so on. And the paper also intro- duces the applied experience and the achieved effect ＇after the project has been put into operation.
