摘 要:采用扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、热性能分析、力学性能测试等手段对由苏秀×春丰茧丝开发的生丝结构和性能进行分析,并与普通生丝进行了比较。结果表明苏秀×春丰茧丝直径约为10μm,比普通茧丝细。与普通生丝一样,苏秀×春丰生丝在其分子中普遍存在酰胺Ⅰ、酰胺Ⅱ、酰胺Ⅲ、酰胺Ⅴ、无规结构及β-折叠结构,苏秀×春丰生丝的结晶度为52.75%,而普通生丝的结晶度为55.18%,苏秀×春丰生丝的取向程度大于普通生丝。与普通生丝相比苏秀×春丰生丝的热稳定性比略差,但强而柔韧,断裂强度和断裂伸长率分别达到5.01 cN/dtex和30.12%。This paper analyzes the structure and properties of raw silk developed by Suxiu×Chunfeng bave through scanning electron microscope,infrared spectrum,X-ray diffraction,Raman spectrum,thermal performance analysis and mechanical property test and makes a comparison with common raw silk.The result shows that the diameter of Suxiu×Chunfeng bave is about 10 μm,finer than common raw silk.Same as common raw silk,Suxiu×Chunfeng raw silk generally has amide I,amide II,amide III,amide V,disordered structure and β-folded structure in its molecules;the degree of crystallinity of Suxiu×Chunfeng raw silk is 52.75%,while that of common raw silk is 55.18%;the orientation degree of Suxiu×Chunfeng raw silk is higher than that of common raw silk.Compared to common raw silk,Suxiu×Chunfeng raw silk has a slight poorer thermostability,but it is strong and flexible and its breaking strength and elongation at break are respectively 5.01 cN/dtex and 30.12%.
