摘 要:从织物交织点对浮长的控制着手,对单位面积内织物组织交叉点数的不同而带来的厚度变化进行理论分析和探究,设计了一组经纬工艺和密度完全相同但组织结构不同的服用面料,并对单位面积内的组织交织点进行了换算。通过厚度测试,探讨了组织交织点与织物厚度的影响关系,并进一步对不同组织引起的织物表面浮长与厚度之间关系进行了曲线拟合分析。研究表明织物的组织结构同组织的厚度有着直接的影响,织物在密度一定且浮长受到有效控制时,织物厚度同纱线的浮长趋于正比关系,当浮长长度达到一定程度后,浮长增长,织物厚度将不再变化。Starting from the control of floating length by weaving points of fabric,this paper conducts a theoretical analysis and research on the variation in thickness due to different numbers of weave cross points of fabric within unit area;designs a group of fabrics for clothing with identical warp and weft process and density but different weaves;discusses the relationship between weave weaving points and fabric thickness through thickness test and further conducts a curve fitting analysis on the relationship between floating length of fabric surface and thickness caused by different weaves.The research shows that fabric weave has direct influence on fabric thickness;when the density is given and the floating length is under effective control,fabric thickness tends to be in direct proportion to the floating length of yarn;after the floating length reaches a certain degree,fabric thickness will no longer change with the increase of floating length.
